MUSSELS IN BASIL SAUCE

Mussels in Basil Sauce can be cooked with variety of different Sauces, Teriyaki being a favorite substitute and Lemon Grass can be used instead of Basil for a different taste.

SUBZ GOSHT

Subz Gosht is a meat recipe and can be tried with mutton and beef. Lamb or goat meat give maximum value of the recipe. Beef needs a lot more time to tender than mutton and spices can be added or removed dependent on personal choice.

Nahari Gosht

This is a traditional food for special occasions. It is full of spice and taste and if beef is replaced by Lamb, the taste can be multiplied. Nahari can be cooked with Chicken as well.
